Please review these terms before using Relationship Companion. By downloading, accessing, or using our app and website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Inov8ing ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, downloading our mobile application, or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to accept these Terms.

2. Permitted Use & Conduct

Relationship Companion is engineered to help you foster positive, genuine personal and professional connections. You agree not to use the application to:

  • Spam or Mass Solicitation: Transmit automated commercial messages, advertisements, or bulk unsolicited messages to non-consenting parties.
  • Harassment or Abuse: Stalk, intimidate, harass, defame, or distress any individual.
  • Deceptive Impersonation: Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or intentions.
  • Reverse Engineering: Decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code, proprietary models, or algorithms from our binaries or API.

3. Automation Features & User Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for all messages and communications dispatched through your personal WhatsApp account.

Our automation tools provide scheduling and dispatch assistance via Android Accessibility APIs. When using automated messaging or suggestions:

  • You acknowledge that all messages originate from your device and user identity.
  • You agree to comply with third-party service policies, including WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
  • You are encouraged to utilize "Review Before Send" mode for sensitive or high-impact relationships.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, trade secrets, the "Living Heart" visualization system, Blood Unit mechanics, custom prompts, and UI assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Inov8ing. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app strictly for your personal or internal business purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 99.9% reliability:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or exact delivery timing of automations subject to third-party app updates or device sleep constraints.
  • In no event shall Inov8ing be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

6. Modifications & Contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance.
